As an independent service provider, we work closely with you to define your time and attendance requirements. We ask you to complete a Needs Analysis Form that provides critical information we use to fit you with the most effective labor accounting system. It also helps us calculate a cost/benefit analysis to determine key success metrics after implementation.

This process, driven by a mandatory and comprehensive training program, assures that your assigned project manager is knowledgeable and capable of delivering a seamless integration while effortlessly guiding you through the learning curve. It also makes you and your team full partners in the implementation process - from specification to integration and close-out.
As the single contact point between your business and ours, the certified project managers provide expert operational and technical guidance to your team. The project manager is so important that they are assigned to your implementation process within five days after agreement signing.
Our certified project managers work with your human resources, IT and operations staff to provide all of the necessary specifications to prepare and execute a seamless integration. They work with you to develop a training schedule tailored for you and your staff to get the most from your time and attendance system. Our end- user certification program confirms that your people have demonstrated the skills necessary to effectively run the system on a daily, weekly and pay period basis.
