Parking Solutions, Inc. wanted to overhaul their outmoded workforce management with technology and usability. Parking Solutions, Inc. provides parking management services to business and industry ranging from shopping malls and airports to hospitals, casinos and office buildings throughout Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania. Tracking the time of over 600 employees used to consist of manually compiling an Excel spreadsheet from hundreds of sign in sheets until Cincinnati Time Systems presented them with the NOVAtime 3000 and Hand Punch Terminals. Now, accuracy and efficient compilation of hours worked has resulted in increased labor savings and more control over payroll.

Compatibility with Paycor, Parking Solutions' payroll provider, proved a major plus in choosing Cincinnati Time Systems over the competition. "We definitely like the fact that the two systems worked together so smoothly," recalls Katie Reynolds of Parking Solutions. Complete implementation remains a future goal. Some manual sign in sheets remain in use at a number of sites, but will soon be upgraded to the dependable services of Cincinnati Time Systems.

As the overhaul and the effortless operation of their time management system continues Parking Solutions, Inc. looks ahead to their ongoing relationship with Cincinnati Time Systems and the next big innovation in time tracking. "The system is great," says Reynolds. "It's very easy to use and we're looking forward to even more developments in time management technology in the future."
